A revisit had been in our diaries for a full year and we stuck to the date. Thankfully all the snow made the seals look even better! Fab place to go, if a little far… is in our diaries for next year too

Considering I live in Stockport, I dont half visit this place a lot.. in St Albans…

A second trip to Dunham Massey was in order and this time Parry came. The deer were very obliging, again!

Another first trip, this time to Tatton Park. Again a very nice place, I could have spent a long time there. Itll be really nice in Summer when the gardens are in full bloom… macro anyone?!

This was my first trip to Dunham Massey. Its quite a nice place, the deer are how I imagine the deer at Lyme Park wouldve been not that long ago. Much more docile and much more ready to approach people.

“A rut walk?” I hear you say. “With a piccie of a rare breed cow?”. Well there wasnt much rutting and this is sort of, almost, nearly, not quite the same thing!

We splashed out on some nice fireworks for my sisters 16th b’day. Apparently they could be seen some distance away, unfortunately no car alarms were set off, sigh!

On this trip we took my best mate and sister to see the baby snow leopards. And how cute?
One of three born this year this little tike was only 3 months old or so and couldnt stay out long. Soooo cute!

Blackpool had their annual firework competition. This round was quite impressive although being stood next to a beach with the cold wind blowing was not rewarded with the longest show in the world…

Took another trip to Martin Mere taking the macro lens with me. I love that new lens!
