Rat Pics

We heard about this from the Manchester Samba Group and althoug we couldnt go all day (it was fathers day!) we still had fun from the side lines. Loved the effort everyone put in and all involved seemed to really enjoy themselves!

Again? Yup!

So, you get up at 5am and drive 3 hours down south to visit a cat trust. You finish at the cat trust after 3 hours of photo opportunities. What do you do? Go home, shower and curl up? Hell no… you go to a safari park and take more photo’s duh!

This was a new place Parry found on t’internet. We became members and were taken around the cat enclosures. this is not your ordinary zoo the cats can get quite close. And it was brill! Going back, hopefully, during our stay-cation

How much nice weather are we having?! This was our second trip to Martin Mere in order to find the elusive Kingfisher. No Kingfishers but lots going on still!

After being told about this place by my best mate we thought we would have a gander. Lovely place with some really nice otters but limited opportunity to take some good shots. Still worth a visit!

We decided to take a trip to South Stack and it was boiling! But managed to climb up and down the 400 steps in the swetlering heat! Only saw a few puffins but was still worth the visit

Took a trip to Martin Mere in the hope of spotting some Kingfishers. Unfortunately, we did’nt spot any of the lovely birds but there was plenty of action from other species!

We found out the Manchester School of Samba would be performing in Stockport this weekend and as I live 10 minutes away we decided to pop along (Stockie is as lovely as ever!!).
Enjoyed the samba dancing and looking forward to seeing them again in June for the Manchester Day Parade.

Decided to go for a walk in Lyme Park. Having not been for ages it was lovely to the Fallow Deer out in strength and was even better to find a secret bit… but its a secret so shh!
